■ What if I cannot log on Online-banking system in Windows Vista or Windows 7?
Please install our Online-banking Guide, and use "Installation Guide" function to automatically install control and optimize your IE configuration options.Login Internet Banking as administrator of the operation system is recommended.
To Windows Vista and Windows 7,Currently, our Online-banking only supports 32-bit operation systems , and does not support 64-bit Windows operation systems.
■ What if the system displays “the server cannot receive your certificate” when I log on Online-banking system?
this may arise from many causes:
1、You have not installed the USBKey driver program, please install the right driver program first in line with your USBKey type.
2、Please check if your IE browser is above version 6.0. Our bank recommends using IE above 6.0 for personal e-banking. If lower than that, you are advised to upgrade it.
3、Please install our Online-banking Guide, and use “Installation Guide” function to optimize your IE configuration options. Please log on again after optimization.
If Online-banking Guide did not detect any abnormity but you still cannot log on, please execute following steps:
4、Check if the certificate in your USB Key is damaged.
You can click the manager hyperlink in "Start"->"Program"->"BOCOM" -〉“the management tool of USBKey”或“the management tool of 07 USBKey”,menu to see the detail of the digital certification.

If no certificate information is displayed in the management tool:
a) Check if you have downloaded the certificate. Please download first if you haven't.
b) Check if the USB Key is plugged in properly. Please try another USB port. If the certificate is still not displayed in the management tool, then reboot and try again.
c) If the certificate is still not displayed in the management tool, you are suggested to install the driver program, plug in the USB Key and check the certificate in the
d) If the certificate is still not displayed in the management tool, your USB Key may have been damaged. Please buy a new USB Key at our counter and go through formalities for certificate restoration and download the certificate again.
5、Check if you have IE certificate
If you can see certificate in the management tool but cannot log on Online-banking system:
Open your IE, and click the Tool tab on your IE menu ->Internet option ->Content ->Certificate, you can see the samecertificate as the one in the management tool.

If your certificate is not displayed in your IE, the USB Key driver program may be affected by third party software or other Online-banking system.
You are suggested to download tool for "clearing rascal software" (such as Qihu 360 safety guard and Rising browser helper) and clear rascal software and illegal plug-in on your computer, then reboot and try again. You are also suggested to install the driver program and try again on another computer.

■ What if the system displays “EBLN7000-10019, transaction failed” or displays “logging on. Please wait …” for a long time when I log on Online-banking system?
